Booking & Payment FAQ

  • To secure your booking, we require an e-signed contract and a nonrefundable 10% deposit. This deposit is applied toward your total balance.

  • The 10% deposit is non-refundable, but it can be transferred to a new date or other services if needed.

  • All changes to your contract and your final payment must be completed at least 30 days before your event.

  • Travel fees may apply for events located outside of Marquette County.

  • Yes, a 15% service fee is applied to any additional rental equipment. This includes delivery, setup, tear down, and layout services if needed.

  • Additional fees may apply for specific setup requests or layouts beyond standard service.

Setup & Teardown FAQ

  • Our standard setup and teardown hours are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m.

  • All tents are set up by the Double Trouble Entertainment team to ensure proper installation and safety.

  • Yes! Setup and teardown for additional rental items is optional.

  • Yes, weekend delivery and pickup services are available for an additional fee.

  • Yes, we offer ceremony chair setup services for weddings and special events.

Tent FAQ

  • Tents must be placed on an open, flat surface that is unobstructed by foliage, preset furnishings, hydrants, buildings, or other obstacles. The ground should be grass or hard-packed, dry dirt.

  • Yes. Barreled tents must have access to water within 75 ft. of the setup site. We do not transport filled barrels.

  • Any underground utilities must be flagged before our arrival. Please also check the site for overhead power lines, utility cables, trees, or branches that could interfere with the tent or equipment.

  • Our tents are rated for gusts up to 70 mph when staked into the ground. When secured by water barrels, they are rated for gusts up to 40 mph.

  • Yes! We recommend a site visit to ensure the correct tent size and setup for your venue.

Inflatable FAQ

  • The setup area must be level, free of debris, and clear of overhanging trees or power lines.

  • A proper 110V outlet with a 20-amp circuit breaker must be within 50 ft. of the inflatable location. Additional extension cords are available to rent if needed.

  • The setup location and the path leading to it should be clear. Any underground irrigation or power lines must be clearly flagged or marked.

  • Yes. Please have electricity available or show our staff where the outlets are located.

  • Yes. An adult must supervise inflatables at all times. No food, gum, drinks, sharp objects, or silly string are allowed inside any inflatable.

  • Yes. Users should meet the recommended height, weight, and age guidelines for the specific inflatable.

  • Keep entry and exit points clear, avoid overcrowding, and always approach in a calm, orderly manner to prevent injury.
